Advantages

Traditionally, work place environments provide formal and informal training and support to their members.  Instead of taking these roles away, Inclusion Inc. believes that the provision of supports includes the facilitation of relationship between the supported employee and their co-workers and supervisors.

Inclusion Inc. will ensure that the assessment and instruction of job related skills are of equal priority to the assessment and instruction of required job skills.  Work related social skills will be actively taught to individuals in order to promote workplace inclusion.
